Question #1 We are thinking about renting your outdoor outdoor screen and projector setup, what can we use it for? Answer: The outdoor screen and projector can be used for almost countless types of events. Certainly watching movies outside under the stars is the most obvious choice, but there are so much more you can do. Here are some examples: Karaoke or Sing-alongs, Gaming (Fortnite party...), Slide-shows, Family Videos, Netflix, Sporting Events on pay-per-view, Basketball, Football, Soccer, UFC. We have hosted countless events: Kids birthday parties, scary movie nights, graduations, retirement, wedding slideshows and the list goes on. Question #2 We have 50 quests at our party will your outdoor movie setup work for this number in the audience? Answer: Our outdoor screens are nearly 12 feet in diameter and outdoor projectors that are very bright (up to 5000 Lumen) and high definition that are able to project super sharp images on a large surface. This setup is perfect for the audience size of well in access of 50. Let us know an estimate of your audience size and we can make sure we bring the outdoor projectors and screens that will work perfectly for any event you have in mind.
Question #3 What do I need to do to reserve your outdoor movie equipment? Answer: All you need to do is get in touch with us via our contact form, email firstname.lastname@example.org. All we would need is your address as well as the date and time of your event. We will get back to you within 1 hour and confirm your reservation. That is all. No deposit or any other information would be needed.
Question #4 Can I connect my phone, ipad or gaming console to your projector to stream my own content or play games. Answer: You certainly can. All of our projectors have HDMI ports and we will always bring adapter needed to connect your Apple devices to HDMI port. Also our BluRay players all have WiFi as well as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu apps built in, so that provides another easy option for you.
Question #5 If we want to use the equipment for the entire weekend Friday and Saturday night how would it work? Answer: We can setup and test the equipment for you on Friday and come back on Sunday at the time convenient for you to pick it up. We always bring tarps for you to put over the equipment such as our projectors, blu-ray players and speakers to protect them from moisture, so you will not need to take the equipment apart. This makes enjoying the movies outside very easy for you.
Question #6 What happens when we are planning your movie event outdoors and it rains on the day of our party? Answer: Sometimes there is an unexpected rain on the forecast and we will be unable to setup our outdoor projector, speakers and blu-ray player outside. One option we have is to setup our indoor screen in your house or a garage otherwise we would have to re-schedule.
Question #7 Do you provide outdoor furniture, decorations, food or snacks? Answer: At this time we provide only the outdoor / indoor projectors, screens, speaker systems and dvd/blu-ray players - all the equipment needed to host a movie or presentation event in or outdoors. Question #8 What forms of payment do you accept? Answer: We now accept cash, checks, all major credit cards including American Express and PayPal. We want to make as convenient as possible for your - our customer.
Question #9 What parts of Bay Area do you serve? Answer: We serve most of the bay area San Jose, Sunnyvale, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Santa Cruz, Mountain View, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Pleasant Hill, Concord and Oakland. We will go as far as Tracy and Antioch. We have even gone to Half Moon Bay to host a Movie Night for a local school.
Question #10 What do we need to have in order to host a movie party at our home or business? Answer:
You would need to provide is space.
Out standard outdoor screens are an overall size of 70.9" H x 122.4" W. The projector would need about 15 feet from the screen.
We have long extension cables of up to 90 meters, so even if your power outlet is far from where the projector and speakers will be, we can still reach it.
Question #11 What time of the day can we play the movie or host our presentation outside? Answer: Our outdoor projectors are very bright (up to 5000 Lumens) but your image would still be difficult to see in the middle of a sunny day. The best guide is that we should be able to start a movie about 15 to 30 minutes after the sunset on the day of your event.
Question #12 I am hosting an even for over 200 people in attendance can I use your service and if so how much is it?
